Ecogrowth is carbon offsetting project and  sustainability consultancy to businesses, public and third sector organisations and also to consumers.

You do not have to provide any personal data to use our web-site.

We may use information collected from you to provide quotations, make telephone contact and to email you legislative and best practice information that we believe to be beneficial to you/your business in terms of your legislative compliance, business reputation and reducing operational costs.

By making initial contact with us (by telephone, email or on-line form) you consent to Generational Growth Ltd maintaining a dialogue towards your request until you request otherwise/ we decide to desist.

The INITIUM PROJECT, is a carbon offsetting project, wholly operated by Generational Growth Ltd / EcoGrowth.

 

Available shares are ONLY available in the INITIUM project NOT within the company of Generational Growth Ltd/EcoGrowth.

 

Shares are NOT transferable (unless previously agreed, in writing) and MUST be sold, back to the company (Generational Growth Ltd / EcoGrowth. This includes shares that have been donated, gifted or sold, via "Friends & Family" initiative.

 

The "Buy-Back" rate is fixed, at the point of issue and is not linked to the projects profitability.

 

All transactions must be completed via the company procedure, unless donated, gifted or sold via "friends & family" initiative.

All transactions are to be completed in pound sterling (£).

 

Any and all further projects, once our INITIUM project is completed, will require separate pricing/terms/buy-back and new documentation.
